[Men's Cross Country] Bulldogs run for NAIA National TournamentPublished by
The Bulldogs competed in Dayton, TN on Saturday for a chance to run at the NAIA National Tournament later in the month. Tennessee Wesleyan finished 2nd behind Bryan College. Roderick Bowman finished 4th overall and first for the Bulldogs in a time of 24:27.83. With his finish, Bowman qualified as an individual for the National Tournament, but the rest of the team would have to wait until Sunday night to find out their fate. In the final NAIA Coaches Top 25 Poll, the Bulldogs moved up one spot to 17th and received word that they would be an at large bid for the 2013 NAIA National Tournament.
