[Women's Cross Country] LADY BULLDOGS COMPETE AT AAC CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIPS

Knoxville, TN – On a rainy Saturday (Nov. 7th) morning, the Lady Bulldogs competed at the 2015 AAC Cross Country Conference Championships at Victor Ashe Park in Knoxville, Tenn. Senior Robbiccaa Williams led the team to a third place team finish and finished fifth individually in the race with a time of 19:37.

The Lady Bulldogs scored a team total of 61 points. Milligan College captured its 13th consecutive AAC title with a team total of 35 points. SCAD Atlanta finished second in the team standing with 48 points.

Following Williams was sophomore Hannah Rhodes. Rhodes finished seventh overall with a time of 19:54. Right behind Rhodes was junior Leah Chance. Chance placed eighth overall with a time of 20:04.

Williams, Rhodes, and Chance were all named to the AAC All-Conference Team, an honor awarded to the top 10 finishers in the race.

Sophomore Sierra Knighten was the next finisher for the Lady Bulldogs, finishing 19th overall with a time of 21:18. Rounding out the scoring was sophomore Karlie Yinger. Yinger finished 22nd overall with a time of 21:26.

The NAIA National Championship Meet will be on November 21th at McAlpine Creek Park in Charlotte, N.C. The women's race is set to go off at 11:30am EDT.
